Cauldron Press Ltd T/A Lyrical Scotland warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description of them on this website. In all other respects and to the maximum extent permissible,Cauldron Press Ltd T/A Lyrical Scotland makes no other warranties or promises about the goods and any implied warranties are excluded.

Stock and Availability
All items offered by  Lyrical Scotland are published and stocked by Lyrical Scotland and are dispatched same day by Royal Mail. Products, which become ‘out of stock’ are removed from the site immediately and not offered for sale. Any new products and updates can be found in the ‘News’ section of the shop.

Whilst every effort as been made to accurately reproduce the colours of the prints, variation in both user settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some circumstances for which Lyrical Scotland cannot be held responsible.

Lyrical Scotland reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.

Currency Support
Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full together will relevant shipping charges and VAT where applicable. All credit card transactions are billed in Pounds Sterling.

Payment
Payment can be made either by a valid VISA, Mastercard, Delta or Switch.

Returns
Should you for any reason not be satisfied with any purchase from the site, a full credit including postal charges will be refunded to your credit card on receipt of returned goods. All returned goods must be in perfect condition and if any goods are received by you in a damaged condition you must inform us of this immediately. If you wish to return goods for any reason, you must inform us and despatch goods within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
